I have known Tony and Anita four about four years. The first time I met Tony was when my not to old air conditioner failed. I called Tony in the morning and he found the unit inside had a leak and he had to get a new unit and had it repaired that same day. A short time later I called when the air conditioner froze up in the winter he was able to fix that right away. The a short time later a pipe broke and he repaired that very quickly. Tony suggested it may be time to get a new machine and recommended American Standard. He installed it in one day and did an excellent job, that was two years ago. Now the only time I see him when he comes to do the maintenance. Each time I called Tony responded in a very short time.

Tony and Anita are the best! Superior customer service! I couldn’t have asked for a more efficient team of people to install my new system. My old system was in bad shape and Tony took care of it all. Most important, I couldn’t even tell that he bad been there because he was so neat and tidy! My unit was upstairs and he took great pains to protect my interior, which was very important to me. Would recommend over again to anyone!

I called the Central Air & Heat office, talked to Anita, shared with her that our unit wasn’t working, she scheduled Tony to come out right away.He arrived quickly and diagnosed the problem and shared the details of how to fix it. He fixed the problem right then. We consider ourself really lucky to have found a reputable company, fast and efficient service. We keep business cards from companies on our board for use in future needs.

Tony and Anita are the very best! On a hot summer day, my mother AC unit began leaking water onto the carpet. I called several of the “big boys” and none could even come out that day and some didn’t even answer their phone. I then got out the yellow pages and began calling. I reached Anita who told me that Tony was in the area and would come by after the call he was working on. He showed up less than an hour later and easily repaired the problem. Unfortunately, my mother fell and fractured her pelvis while Tony was there. TONY REFUSED TO LEAVE MY MOTHER’S SIDE UNTIL MY WIFE WAS ABLE TO GET THERE. Simply incredible!
